I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the kindness and excellent care my mother, Maria Casarez, received during her recent visit to your practice. I want to thank you, Dr. Arellano, for your kindness and wisdom. She received competent and sensitive care from you. Her extractions couldn’t have gone any better and she is adjusting to her new partials. Mom can't say enough good things about you. Thank you again for taking such good care of my mother.

Dr. Arellano showed a lot of caring for my children's dental health and showed me the importance of the baby teeth and changes that occurs towards permanent teeth and how small per cavities look with intraoral camara and the staff was so very helpful with the insurance. process. I couldn’t of asked for a more better dental visit. This will be a dentist that I will revisit and trust my dental needs to and more importantly my children’s dental needs.

Was told about dr. Arellano by a co-worker who used to be his dental assistant. Started with him in 2012 or so at his former office off n. main and i45 and have never been disappointed in unfortunately a lot of dental work done to me. I was prescribed tetracycline as a child and it weakened my tooth structure and doc has managed to make me unafraid to eat normal food again. Pain free root canals(yes, really!! 2 of those), about an 80% rebuild of a front tooth that holds up to this day!, and excellent communication while in the chair makes a visit as close to a pleasure as possible. I have recommended doc Arellano to many friends over the years and haven't had any complaints.

Our family of 6 who lives overseas just came back to the area for the summer. We had such a good experience last year that we HAD to come back to this office to get cleanings for a second summer in a row. Our daughter was traumatized at a different dentist when she was young and feared dentists for years. After our positive visit here last year, she requested and even looked forward to seeing the dentist this year. We are thankful for the patience and friendliness of Dr. Arellano, the hygienist and receptionist! Good service and great care. We’ll be back next summer!

I've been a patient of Dr. Arrellano's for many years at the N. Main location. He's just the best - very kind and knowledgeable. My exams and cleanings are thorough and I haven't needed any additional work over the years because he does such a good job. The staff are friendly and I can get a Saturday appointment easily. I love Dr. Arrellano!
